Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee day-to-day operations of the diagnostic center, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
∎ Manage staff schedules, assignments, and workload to meet patient demands.
∎ Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
∎ Monitor and optimize laboratory processes to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
∎ Manage inventory of diagnostic supplies and reagents to ensure adequate stock levels.
∎ Establish relationships with suppliers and negotiate procurement contracts.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and accreditation standards.
∎ Foster a patient-friendly environment, addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
∎ Implement and maintain a high standard of customer service.
∎ Monitor financial performance, control costs, and optimize revenue.
∎ Prepare and submit reports on test volumes, quality control, and operational performance.
∎ Implement technology upgrades and process enhancements as needed.
∎ Collaborate with healthcare providers, physicians, and other departments to coordinate patient care.
∎ Participate in the development of long-term strategic goals for the diagnostic center.
∎ Contribute to the expansion of services and market growth.
∎ Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the diagnostic center's success.
∎ Implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Certification in laboratory management, healthcare administration, or a related field may be preferred.
∎ Knowledge of diagnostic equipment and technology.
∎ Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of professionals.
∎ Computer literacy is must.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions, including patient and physician communication.
∎ Must be self-Motivated, Honest, Sincere & Obedient.
