Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's/Diploma in Hotel Management from any reputed university/Institute.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experience candidate.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Taking action to achieve daily, weekly, monthly budget both in terms of top to bottom line.
∎ Develop and standardization of processes, system and SOP of project related issues.
∎ Capable to deal with the Consultants, Architects and Designers.
∎ Have to have sound knowledge on Pre-openings of Club/ Resort/ Conventions facilities.
∎ Have to have sound knowledge on budgets, controlling costs and driving.
∎ Supervise staff activities and regulatory requirements.
∎ Any other responsibilities given by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Work Exposure in International shall be preferred.
∎ Work experience of minimum 15 years in related discipline.
∎ Functional proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) in English is MUST.
∎ Should have hands-on knowledge of computerized information systems.
