∎ Should know the goal of business and lead the team to achieve goal.
∎ Handle whole process of gold purchase and sales.
∎ Identify different types of jewelry.
∎ Handle whole operational activities of business.
∎ Make strategic plan and implement it to achieve goal.
∎ Deal with buyer and seller.
∎ Must know the current trends of gold jewellery fashion.
∎ Maintain good relationship with buyer and seller.
∎ Maintain chain of command and control staff with discipline.
∎ Inform top management about current situation of the business time to time.
∎ Know about world gold market price and fashion time to time.
∎ Prevent theft and maintain high security system.
∎ Handle all promotional and advertising activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have good communication skills both in English and Bangla.
∎ Basic knowledge about Microsoft office.
