Factory Logistics operation, Supply Chain, Transportation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement Industry, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Shipping, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation and other services
∎ Monitor company vehicle & manufacturing equipment operation (Road Transport) and ensure that all operations are conducted smoothly
∎ Ensure company's vehicles trip-Daily/Monthly
∎ Ensure company vehicles maintenance works & Optimize Maintenance cost by involved logistics team.
∎ Supervise and ensure all Driver/Helper/subordinates activities.
∎ Confirm all types of vehicle bills
∎ Preparing, reporting, keeping & monitoring all type of documentary activities
∎ To take necessary steps to solve any accident caused by company vehicle and ensure to resolve the issue;
∎ Monitor and check the route map for company vehicle
∎ Set the KMPL(Kilo meter per litre) for company vehicle.
∎ Comply with laws, regulations and other legal requirements
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 36 to 40 years
∎ Candidate should have experience also in Poly fiber Industry, Ready mix Concrete factory, Building Material
∎ Should have experience at least 3 years in same job role
∎ Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
∎ Proficient in computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
∎ Proven leadership skills
∎ Compact understanding of logistics, vehicle management and inventory management
∎ Team building, and management skills
∎ Exceptional analytical, root-cause-analysis, and decision-making abilities
∎ Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
