∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Transport Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build, execute, and improve key business processes, ensuring that Rides business keeps running smoothly.
∎ Collaborate closely with different teams ( Legal, Brand, acquisitions, Customer service) to develop and execute business strategies related to compliance.
∎ Identify business priorities such as growth opportunities or operational weaknesses and help drive the teams strategy and improve or innovate processes.
∎ Present models, findings and insights to senior management to drive business decisions.
∎ Identified potential Riders and Drivers
∎ Arranged various campaigns to make Riders & Drivers.
∎ Set offers and pay structures for the Riders & Drivers.
∎ Analyzed monthly sales, made projections and prepared reports.
∎ Engaged hiring process - pre interview & post interview.
∎ Lead Dhaka & other cities at the same time under company standards.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Uber, Pathao Business Operation Handling
∎ Scaling processes, Managing complex projects, MySQL, Analytical Ability, Project Management, Strategic Planning.
∎ Excellent in Excel and data analysis skills
