Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to manage all jobs related with sea Export .
∎ Should have a capacity to supervise more than 20 members of the department.
∎ To take challenge & work under pressure.
∎ Booking.
∎ PO collects.
∎ Prepare weekly export schedule.
∎ Prepare Invoice, Packing List, Bank Permission (EXP), Bepza Permission (EP).
∎ Export doc send to C&F and follow up with C&F, Forwarder & Carrier unto ETD.
∎ Prepare AWBL-Currier, BL draft.
∎ Submit ISF, SI to Forwarder.
∎ BL checking & confirm.
∎ Prepare weekly Export status and send to all concern after cargo release.
∎ Prepare Monthly Export Statement.
∎ Collect Export doc from C&F and maintain filing system.
∎ After Proceed come at Bank all EXP duplicate reporting in Bangladesh Bank site.
∎ Follow up overall Export.
∎ Complete other tasks assign by top management.

∎ Age at least 35 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Freight Forwarding/ C&F
∎ Should have ability to handle more than 500 tues per month.
