∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Beauty salon, Hair Stylist, Managerial Skill, parlor

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the salon staff team and organise salon set up
∎ Manage day-to-day operations of the salon including opening and closing procedures, ensuring proper service
∎ Know the procedure of hiring and training of salon personnel, prepare guide line and policy and know about health safety
∎ Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage for the salon's needs, control staff behavior, performance and conduct
∎ Ensure customer services, resolve customer complaints with satisfaction
∎ Prepare and maintain sales, inventory and customer reports, maximize salon revenue, coordinate accounts
∎ Know about salon products and suppliers, preparing product list to place order

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years of experience in reputed salon or parlor

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive salary will be offered to selected candidate (based on experience in relevant sector)
