∎ Job Summary:
∎ As a Manager of a NICE SkyMed Medical Tourism Division in Dhaka, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company`s operations, including patient services, marketing, hospital, & personnel management. You will lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality medical tourism services to patients seeking medical treatment abroad.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the company's business in the medical tourism industry
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including patient services, marketing, and personnel management
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with patients, patient's family, healthcare providers, hospitals, travel agencies, & other relevant stakeholders in Bangladesh & abroad.
∎ Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other relevant events
∎ Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase the company's visibility and attract more clients
∎ Hire, train, and supervise a team of professionals to deliver excellent medical tourism services
∎ Ensure that all patient services are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and ethical conduct
∎ Ensure that the company is compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3+ years of experience in the medical tourism industry, with at least 1 year in a management role
∎ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
∎ Patient relationship management skills
∎ Good mobile, social media & computer skills
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
∎ Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures preferred
∎ Fluency in English and Bengali (written and spoken)

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ 35,000-40,000
