Educational Requirements:
∎ MSc in any discipline/M. Pharm from a reputed University/Institute.
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for maintaining and securing hard copy and electronic medical records of patients; following standard practices.
∎ Ensure that information contained in the record is complete, accurate and only available to authorized personnel.
∎ Ensure confidentiality of recorded informations.
∎ Any other responsibilities given by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Practical work experience in medical record keeping department.
∎ The ideal candidate should have 8 (eight) years of practical experience.
∎ Functional proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) in both English and Bengali.
∎ Should have hands-on knowledge of computerized information systems.
