Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Manager will work in unison with engineering staff, project architects and project designers to lead the project design
∎ Prepare schedules, budgets and work plan documents during all phases of the design process
∎ Lead quality control efforts related to projects
∎ Oversee the construction administration process
∎ Mentor other engineers and designers
∎ Receive mentor-ship and training from Managing Directors and Design Directors
