Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from reputed university
∎ Having good knowledge in related subject.
∎ B.Sc Engineering preferably from BUET.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories, Packaging Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for maintaining repairing and troubleshooting of all equipment of electrical & elector-mechanical machinery including Generator, Boiler, Compressor,WTP & ETP etc.
∎ Responsible for periodic and schedule maintenance of all machinery and equipment of the organization.
∎ Developing, updating and maintaining the SOP for maintenance of all machinery and equipment.
∎ Ensure proper monitoring & follow up routine for schedule maintenance. Including break down maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting maintenance etc
∎ Ensure the best possible and cost effective way for maintenance and repairing work of machineries.
∎ Responsible for providing mechanical design, technical analysis, and resolution of engineering problems with knowledge in Auto cad.
∎ Control and manage engineering team through regular visits as necessary in order to assess progress, safety and quality and to give instruction or advice to engineering supervisors and workers.
∎ Training all maintenance staff as per maintenance SOP
∎ Managing inventory of all equipment and machinery and utilization of spare parts, materials, manpower etc.
∎ Prepare necessary reports, record keeping.
∎ Look after all necessary purchase requisition of mechanical equipment with Technical evaluation of all equipment before purchase
∎ Discharge any work assigned by higher authority as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Garments and Garments Accessories Manufacturer Company
∎ Able to work under pressure and for long time.
∎ Should have contacts and experience in sourcing of engineering parts and components from suppliers.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality with leadership skill.
∎ Computer application and Department Budgeting experience is a must.
∎ Age can be relaxed in case of relevant experienced candidate.
Salary: Negotiable
