Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Cold Rolling Mill, Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ # Monitor preventive/predictive/reliable maintenance schedule of mechanical equipment in the plant.
∎ # Ensure effective maintenance of mechanical equipment through regular monitoring of maintenance activities.
∎ # Monitor performance against targets set for mechanical maintenance metrics with required cost consumption.
∎ # Prepare schedule for any shut-down required for preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment.
∎ # Achieve mechanical breakdown target as per plan.
∎ # Support process and technical improvement and up gradation as required.
∎ # Ensure Cost Control of maintenance equipment to ensure that budget adherence within target limit.
∎ # Identifying potential safety issues through hazard identifications and addresses improvement areas and take preventive measures to reduce safety risk pertaining to legal provision.
∎ # Coordinate with Production, SCM, and Inventory time to time.

∎ Age 38 to 45 years
