Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitors and supervise all the mechanical activities relate to the plant maintenance & projects.
∎ Assist to develop & implement the preventive & predictive maintenance systems.
∎ Responsible for maximizing the plant reliability and reducing the down time & mean time between breakdown (MTBB)
∎ To prepare full lubrication schedules and control their implementation.
∎ To train and develop skills of mechanical maintenance personnel.
∎ Assist the management in project evaluation, project planning & execution of project within agreed target time & budget.
∎ Maintain liaison with various functional teams to achieves production targets.
∎ Assist to develop & implement SOP for the smooth operation of the factory. Coordinate with other departments.
∎ To manage and provide technical support as required for delivery of all the mechanical utilities.
∎ Include the electric power distribution, Generators, Boilers and Compressor etc.
∎ For operating the utilities, setting up and managing the whole operation, identify spares requirement, train operatives and support staff, maintain operational costs.
∎ Ensuring personal protection equipment (PPE) for all the mechanical subordinate.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong interpersonal, communication skill and leadership qualities.
∎ Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
∎ Must be knowledge on Auto CAD & MS Office.
∎ Strong knowledge on Kaizen, 7's, 5's and QBM.
∎ Large Particle board industries will get preference.
