∎ Managing/Leading any security company
∎ Must Have Motorcycle/ Driving License.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overall responsible for the newly established security Company.
∎ Make annual budget and revenue plan and drive his team to achieve the goal.
∎ Ensure business expansion, create and onboard new clients.
∎ Carryout security survey, new post deployment, event management and to provide short term security service to client premises.
∎ Communicate & develop strong network with clients for maintaining long term business relationship.
∎ Regular Field visit and generate lead's thereby converting into prospect Marketing.
∎ Manage Training and parade in regular basis for the security personnel.
∎ Ensure that proposals align with the client's objectives and budget constraints.
∎ Create reports for management on security status.Others, as and when assigned by the management.
