Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote hospital services and enhance brand visibility.
∎ Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns and online advertising, to reach target audiences effectively.
∎ Manage public relations efforts, fostering positive relationships with the community and media outlets.
∎ Drive patient engagement and satisfaction through tailored marketing initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
∎ Cultivate partnerships with referring physicians and healthcare providers to increase patient referrals.
∎ Plan and coordinate hospital events, health fairs, and seminars to engage the community and showcase hospital services.
∎ Conduct market research to understand healthcare trends and competitor activities, informing strategic decisions.
∎ Optimize the marketing budget allocation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and patient privacy laws.
∎ Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
∎ Stay abreast of industry trends and implement innovative marketing approaches to maintain competitive advantage.
