Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly Holidays: 2 Days
Salary: BDT 100,000–150,000 per month (Negotiable)

Job Responsibilities
Develop, implement and continuously improve the organisation’s KPI and performance management framework.
Establish performance indicators, targets, service-level agreements (SLAs) and reporting standards.
Prepare and maintain performance dashboards, MIS reports and management reports.
Monitor daily, weekly and monthly operational performance and identify performance gaps.
Analyse data, investigate root causes and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Conduct performance review meetings with operational managers and ensure timely implementation of action plans.
Work closely with different departments to improve productivity, service quality, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency and proper documentation.
Present performance insights, forecasts and recommendations to senior management.
Support client performance reviews, contract reporting, tender submissions and business planning.
Train managers and team leaders on KPI monitoring, dashboard interpretation and performance improvement.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational costs and improve overall business performance.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification will be an advantage.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in KPI management, performance management, service operations, business analysis, MIS reporting or operational excellence.
Practical experience in developing performance dashboards, monitoring SLAs and preparing management reports.
Additional Requirements
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, Power Query and data validation.
Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio or similar reporting tools.
Familiarity with CRM, call-centre, ticketing, workflow, workforce-management or financial systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
Ability to communicate complex data and insights effectively to senior management.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills.
High attention to detail, data integrity and confidentiality.
Ability to work in both office and field-based environments.
