Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from any public /renowned & reputed private university or public polytechnic institute
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
commissioning Maintenance, INSTALLATION, Lift Escalator
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Escalator/Elevator/Lift
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be good decision maker as per his good experience.
∎ Candidate must have good computer literacy.( Microsoft office Aplication)
∎ Good communication skills in English with the Principal.
∎ To lead, monitor and track among maintenance & servicing and report to Management.
∎ Commissioning experience will be treated as an additional advantage.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Candidate will be responsible for trouble shooting of LM & MASHIBA Brand Lift & Escalators.
∎ Good manner, appearance, polite & capable for customer handling
∎ Highly customer oriented, should give war until customer satisfaction
∎ Building, establishing and maintaining good relationship with clients.
∎ Set up schedule of monthly maintenance program for elevator/ escalator and follow up material needs and offers and be sure all unit’s maintenance are done.
∎ Take action immediately if any safety issues come up, inform customer officially and management directly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
