∎ Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Training/Trade Course: Utility Management.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operation & maintenance program for the company.
∎ Development of processes to safely and effectively maintain the company's engineering facilities for "best in class performance".
∎ Ensure high availability of equipment and machinery through an efficient preventive maintenance program.
∎ Ensure a risk free working environment by implementing company's work safety policy.
∎ Develop and implement procedure of each corrective and preventive maintenance for production equipment and utilities to avoid any sudden breakdown.
∎ Manage mechanical workshop operations
∎ Need a good analytical skill to monitor equipment performance and efficiency
∎ Need a good skill to analyze problems by using method "Root Cause Analysis"
∎ Focus on cost saving and new ideas that can save the capital of company.
∎ Prepare budget for engineering department according to future requirements.
∎ Need a good interpersonal relationship management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Operation & Maintenance
∎ Practical Experience in Garments Washing,
∎ Should be dynamic, technical oriented persons with good communication skills
∎ Strong communication abilities, in Bengali and English, both oral and written, Computer Literacy
