Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical) from any reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :-
∎ Check and verify the Electro-mechanical design, drawing, BOQ of Utility system and production machineries of running and upcoming project.
∎ Monitoring and supervise subordinate & site engineer ‘s responsibility and give them instruction to ensuring the quality work along with vendors/Contractors.
∎ Check the raised requisition, BOQ, URS and technical specification of required material for running project.
∎ Lead the Maintenance Team of different wings, i.e., Electrical & Mechanical & work.
∎ Develop a Planned preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities and lead the team to deliver effectively.
∎ To ensure the validation and calibration activity of project and as well as existing plant.
∎ Manage the team to ensure machine availability, re- actively managing dysfunctional machinery with the shift management.
∎ Optimize equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance & product quality, ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators (KPIs).
∎ JOINT RESPONSIBILITIES :-
∎ Review, check, verify/ certify the submitted bill from various suppliers/vendors and forwarded it to concerned department.
∎ Implementing company safety rules, regulations & standard operating procedures with compliance team for any kind of audit.
