∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering

∎ Bachelor / Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field such as electrical) from reputed Public Universities.
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in machine maintenance (5 years experience in RMG and/or textiles industry).
∎ Experience with long-term planning, budgeting, and machinery maintenance.
∎ Experience with software tools like SAP PM, IBM Maximo, or Infor EAM to schedule, track, and report on maintenance activities.
∎ Experience leading mechanic teams, developing SOPs, and change management.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
∎ Prepare and manage the annual maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
∎ Analyze downtime data and machinery performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
∎ Ensure compliance with legal and safety standards in all maintenance activities.
∎ Plan and oversee scheduled maintenance activities to minimize disruptions to production.
∎ Coordinate with production, quality, and other departments for smooth operations.
∎ Manage emergency repairs to ensure fast and effective troubleshooting.
∎ Optimize spare parts inventory to avoid unnecessary downtime or surplus stock.
∎ Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff.
∎ Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for equipment repair and servicing.
∎ The Manager of Machinery Maintenance is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing maintenance activities to ensure machinery and equipment's continuous operation, reliability, and efficiency for the whole Group. This position is critical in reducing downtime, ensuring safety, and achieving production targets through preventive maintenance strategies and quick troubleshooting.
