Job Responsibilities:
∎ Procurement of Land on joint venture.
∎ Feasibility study - sound knowledge of FAR, Area Calculation, Financial cost, sale rate and profitability.
∎ Sound knowledge on Land related Documents.
∎ Preparation of Feasibility report and approval from the Management.
∎ Preparation of joint venture agreement (DOA) and Power of Attorney (POA)
∎ Rajuk relation to bring RAJUK Approval plan.
∎ Manage Logistic related works.
∎ Liaison with govt.offices with other related organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skill in both Bengali and English
∎ Computer skills
∎ Should have pleasant personality
∎ Honesty
∎ Smart & Hard work
∎ Negotiation skill
∎ Work under pressure
∎ Target oriented
