Responsibilities & Context:

01. Be a role model for exemplary behavior and train the team on hospitality standards.

02. Ensure that the restaurant maintains safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards during the shift and ensure that the team addresses all guest concerns.

03. Seek and listen to all guest opinions and provide information to guests and empower the team to meet guest needs and resolve concerns.

04. Remove barriers to exhibiting hospitable behavior during the shift and treat all team members fairly and with respect.

05.Assist in training new team members and recognize members for their contributions to the team and hold them accountable for their behavior and performance during the shift and provide training to team members to improve performance.

06. Inform the team about shift goals and performance and bring staffing and performance issues to the attention of the Guest Delight Manager and remain attentive to guests and complete all tasks efficiently.

07. Responsible for understanding all marketing promotions in the store and introducing new products. Selling products to guests and ensuring proper use of products.

08. Using appropriate consultative selling techniques and identifying and resolving product issues.

09. Take prompt action to resolve issues in areas of responsibility and provide feedback and suggestions to improve restaurant performance.

10. Be flexible with work schedules as required by the business, including taking breaks, and understand and adhere to all procedures and policies.

11. Participate in action plans to address problems and opportunities and Try to understand your contribution to goals and results.

12. Achieve daily sales targets and increase them by 15% compared to the previous day.

13. Discuss issues and plans with other managers and involve the entire team by communicating goals, results and action plans.

14. Ensure that yourself and the team address all guest concerns and Ensure that there are adequate staff on each shift.
