Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS. MPH or Master's in health economics will be given preference. Training on IUD will be preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Builds high quality IUD teams and ensures that the capacity of MSI providers meet or exceed standards. Identify capacity and skills gaps and organise capacity building training or refresher trainings as required.
∎ Implements monitoring strategies. Provides continuous monitoring of IUD team performance on a weekly basis and undertakes a monthly review of site-wise performance data, analysing performance trends and productivity of teams to optimise operations.
∎ Reviews CEI data and other internal/external research to determine potential improvements and adjustments to programming. Coordinates with the Data Analysis Manager to gain information and insights.
∎ Conducts regular field visits (at least once monthly) to review team performance. Provides clear and immediate feedback for improvements and creates action plans as required.
∎ Responsible for ensuring the quality of IUD services, client, data and adherence clinical quality standards and guidelines.
∎ Conducts routine field visits with clinical assurance and management staff to review quality of service delivery.
∎ Conducts meetings with clinical assurance and management team at least quarterly to discuss actions for clinical quality improvements.
∎ Ensures implementation and follow-up of clinical quality actions.
∎ Provide performance management on data validation and completes routine data validations checks during all site visits.
∎ Conducts unannounced visits at least quarterly to check compliance against all data validation standards at site level.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of experience in a management position, preferably in the health management, family planning, community development, and/or social marketing industry
∎ Experience in managing technical people remotely, particularly in rural area
