Job Context:
∎ The incumbent of this position will be responsible for overseeing the overall Sales Activities.
∎ He is responsible for achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing Customer Needs.
∎ This position will Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Business development and achieving the sales target as per sales plans fixed at the beginning of the year.
∎ Customer relationship management resulting in the highest level of client retention and business growth.
∎ Work closely with marketing and sales team to develop, establish, direct and implement strategies expanding the company's customer base.
∎ Achieve potential clients and build a robust pipeline.
∎ Prepare periodic progress reports and submit it to the Management.
∎ Candidate should have network across Bangladesh and should be a go-getter.
∎ Candidate should be able to Create agents’ network, generate monthly revenue as per the commitment.
∎ Must have knowledge about medical Items.
∎ Responsible for selling medical products and fulfill the target.
∎ Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings.
∎ Interact with the front line team to achieve goals.
∎ Must have good knowledge in field of healthcare or have knowledge about the machineries used in healthcare industry.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Prior experience in selling Pharmaceutical machinery is preferred.
∎ Ability and capability to understand the technicality of the product.
∎ Good communication skills and be a TEAM PLAYER.
∎ Should be organized, motivated, self-driven and quick learner.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills with customers and partners.
