Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulation of business plan through internet & telephonic communication;
∎ Corresponding and Coordination with external partner for pricing and settlement of business terms;
∎ MOU and Agreement preparation;
∎ Communication with external regulatory authorities to fulfill their requirement;
∎ Liaison with DCCI, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Foreign affairs and various Embassies;
∎ Liaison with QA, QC, PD and Regulatory Affairs department for export documentation;
∎ Preparation of Administrative documents like COPP, FSC, NOC as per the regulatory requirements in different overseas markets
∎ Compilation of export dossiers;
∎ Preparation of packaging and promotional materials as per the requirement of importer;
∎ Preparation of Per forma Invoice, Commercial Invoice and Packing List;
∎ Assessment of new marketing and sales opportunities as well as presentation of those estimations to the respective managements;
∎ Preparation of product dossier according to the export market regulations;
∎ Preparation of export related documents like COA, COPP, commercial invoices, PI etc. with the help of factory & internal regulations;
∎ Monitoring of the shipments to ensure the compliance of regulations;
∎ Maintenance of customer relations and participation in the organization's sales activities;
∎ Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of exports with regular communications with the dealers & agents;
∎ keep track of invoices and prepare reports to expedite the billing process;
∎ Have to ensure that shipments are in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the export industry;
∎ Negotiate with a variety of people, such as shippers, agents and vendors, and are expected to have excellent customer service skills in dealing with customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least three years of experience as same position in any reputed pharmaceuticals company.
∎ Should have vast knowledge in Export and International Marketing.,
∎ Dynamic, Organized & Leadership Quality
∎ Positive attitude, Smart, Honest & Energetic.
∎ Good communication, management & Sales skills
∎ Committed to delivering a high level of service, both internally and externally
∎ Ability to take challenge & work under pressure.
