Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide leadership in organizing the IE & Planning Dept. with efficient structure and effective work process.
∎ To responsible for preparing and reviewing production schedules, line plan, T&A, and engineering procedures, aimed at achieving higher productivity and efficiency per worker.
∎ Ensure cost minimization and optimum utilization of labor, machinery, and material through effective operating layout in the production.
∎ Develop and implement Lean management, KAIZEN, TPM, Six Sigma, and other tools for ensuring efficient production processes.
∎ Calculate and finalize product SMV from GSD method, CM calculation, Production Planning, Seasons plan, Capacity assurance analysis & finalize the product cost
∎ Be able to make maximum utilization of ERP for greater effect.
