Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in Health Science or Masters in Public Health (MPH).

Job Context:
∎ Renowned GHC Accredited Medical center (A Sister Concern Of Dahmashi Corporation Ltd.).
∎ We are looking for some qualified medical professionals for the renowned GHC accredited medical center in Bangladesh. Those who have professional experience and enthusiasm in the medical sector are requested to join our team.
∎ Work Time: 10 Am - 6 Pm

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after overall management and administration of medical center.
∎ Prepare attendance report in coordination with the IT Dept.
∎ Prepare Monthly Payroll and check all the bills.
∎ To maintain all data records papers in relation to Recruitment & Selection, wages, OT, and allowances.
∎ To maintain the employee's Personal file with all related papers as updated.
∎ Monitor the Admin team supervise the duties and assignments of all service staff.
∎ Provide support on staff development activities of all categories of staff.
∎ Formulate and implement Admin-related plan, policy, procedure, and guidelines.
∎ Prepare all document for facing technical audit of DG health and GHC (Gulf Heal Council) as per their rules and regulations.
∎ Liaison with different govt. organization, law, and enforcement agencies for taking different kinds of legal procedures and renewing different kinds of company licenses like DG Health license, Atomic energy commission license, and machine service contract etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only 2 - 3 years of experience in relevant medical center as medical center In charge. Fresher will not be allowed.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 30,000 - Tk. 40,000 (Depends on Experience).

∎ Lunch: Fully Subsidize.
∎ As per Company Policy.
