∎ Age 35 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage the installation process from start to finish.
∎ Supervise the installation team and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
∎ Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely completion of projects.
∎ Manage schedules and execute for each project to complete on time.
∎ Coordinate with customers for any decision-related issues raise.
∎ Coordinate with sales & supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of goods & materials.
∎ Manage vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with vendor contracts.
∎ Oversee the drawing implementation process and ensure compliance with company standards.
∎ Arrange accommodation for company employees working on projects, checking the TA/DA bill as per company policy.
∎ Maintain project-wise data in company software and hard copy as well.
∎ Manage BOQs, quotations, work orders, handover-takeover documents, and bill documents & report projects progress report to HOD daily.
