Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the designing of HR Policies and Procedures.
∎ Perform Recruitment, Selection, Training, On-boarding, and Orientation activities as per Hospital need.
∎ Execute Learning & Development programs in alignment with skill gap assessment of employees.
∎ Perform Performance Management activities as assigned in terms of Goal setting, Mid-year Review, Annual Performance Appraisal, Increment, etc.
∎ Assist in preparing Disciplinary Procedure documentation and relevant communications.
∎ Maintain and update HR database systems.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Core HR Knowledge, Data analysis and presentation
