Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead HR processes and initiatives in areas of Recruitment, Training & Development, and Compensation & Benefits
∎ Provide guidelines on performance appraisal and conduct the annual increment process
∎ Develop and implement HR Policy & procedure of the organization
∎ Organize employee training programs as per training need
∎ Conduct manpower planning and forecast in line with business growth
∎ Prepare budgets for HR and ensure proper management of the same
∎ Maintaining personnel files and ensure proper maintenance of all employee database in HR software
∎ Manage employee's grievances and other personnel-related issues
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management
