Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ Skills Required: Human Resource Management, Labor Law, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Team Leadership
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contribute in making strategic and operational HR plan/policy for developing an effective and functional HR department.
∎ Develop a strategic manpower planning aligned with the organization's strategic objectives to achieve the desired result.
∎ Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures with local Laws in line with organizational objectives.
∎ Pay roll management, Recruitment /separation management , Leave Administration, Daily Attendance Management, Record Book, Personal Record management to ensure office decorum.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law, Factories Act, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting
∎ Responsible to make and implement Company HR & Compliance policies as per local law
∎ Ensure that all documents like letters, memos etc are properly issued and preserved in HR department.
∎ Fixed Asset (Equipment) Management and prepare its database
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be smart having excellent analytical & presentation abilities.
∎ Should be self-motivated and dynamic
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in English and computer literacy is a must.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
