Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Arts (MA) in Management, HR or English from public or any reputed private university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be able to handle HR, Admin and compliance of a large garment factory.
∎ Should be able to handle transport, liaison with labor office, Police Station, Local authority, Fire service and other utilities office.
∎ Should be able to face different compliance audits.
∎ To coordinate and support top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 (Ten) years experience required in HR, Administration & Compliance department of a large textile manufacturing factory.
∎ Must be fluent in written English and Bangla, good interpersonal skill and well conversant in MS Word and Excel is essential.
∎ Should also be conversant with foreign buyers’ compliance requirements as per labor law.
