Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise daily administrative works.
∎ Maintain employee attendance & leave management system.
∎ Prepare duty roster/work schedules of staff
∎ Monitor staff's performance.
∎ Ensure a patient-friendly environment and monitor quality of services.
∎ Assist the Director-Hospital in all administrative functions.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 3-5 years working experiences as a manager of any hospital.
∎ Proficient in operating MS Word, MS Excel & PowerPoint.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 50000 (Monthly)
