Job Responsibilities:
∎ Full Operation of Specialized Hospital & Diagnostic Centre.
∎ Work alongside hospital physicians.
∎ Make hospital policy decisions.
∎ Supervise and improve efficient patient care.
∎ Oversee the hospital's budgeting and counting.
∎ Create quarterly and annual budgets.
∎ Lead marketing efforts to ensure the hospitals function smoothly.
∎ Oversee team initiatives.
∎ Prepare work schedules.
∎ Create reports to analyze every department's effectiveness.
∎ Aim to meet financial goals and maintain the hospital's budget.
∎ Stay up-to-date on new healthcare laws, regulations, and medical and technological advances.
∎ Create and Implement policies for operational procedures.
∎ Communicate policy updates to the health care staff.
∎ Handle business operations and medical needs.
∎ Answer questions from the health care staff.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have the ability to speak and write in Bengali and English.
