Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage overall hospital service activities to contribute human health as well as business growth
∎ To administer organization policies and disciplines
∎ To ensure organization resources are properly maintained
∎ To manage team, supervise and control all Departments and Staffs
∎ To source and recruit people to fill vacancies time to time subject to proper approval from the authority
∎ To ensure the hospital staffs are clients-friendly and maintain quality of services
∎ To organize and participate staff meeting/training
∎ To assist to Medical Director in all administrative functions
∎ To guide the Finance & Accounts team in financial management, including financial planning, budget, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact
∎ To perform any other task assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 3-5 years' experiences as a manager at any hospital
