Job Context:
∎ Vehicle Solution is the most Modern Automotive workshop in Bangladesh. The Company is looking for a Manager for smooth service operations with minimum 10 years` experience in related field.
∎
∎ Job Location- 541-42, Ferajitola, Solmaith, Vatara, Dhaka-1212
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Comprehensive customer care.
∎ Inspection of vehicle and quality control of service & parts.
∎ Proper keeping of all equipment and workshop tools.
∎ Ensure total maintenance of the workshop.
∎ Communicate with customers regarding after service queries.
∎ Liaise with management for all matters related to the workshop activities.
∎ Take necessary action to resolve customer complaints in the shortest possible
∎ time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have valid driving licence.
∎ Must be conversant with computer knowledge.
∎ Fluent in spoken & written English.
Salary: Negotiable
