Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Fire Safety Management course from FSCD or related training(s).
∎ Training/Trade Course: FSCD,Fire Safety Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fire and Safety, Fire Protection and Detection System, Fire safety Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall Fire Safety Management of Redmin (both Factory and Corporate office)
∎ Ensure that all buildings/sheds/warehouse/sites are fire hazard free.
∎ Attend to any kinds of emergency situation and conduct fire-fighting/rescue operation as necessary
∎ Ensure that all firefighting equipment are ready to use when needed.
∎ Taking initiative to install or get firefighting equipment for factory collaborating with superior and other dept.
∎ Providing necessary training related to fire safety in regular interval.
∎ Update, review and repair aisles mark, egress map when required to ensure easy evacuation
∎ Conducting regular fire risk assessment, fire drill etc
∎ Investigate fire incident and take necessary preventive action
∎ Attend in various audits and act as per audit requirement.
∎ Prepare, update and maintain Emergency Evacuation/egress Map readily available at all times for the buildings/sheds at the factory. Ensure that all evacuation paths are block free and smooth at all times.
∎ Perform tasks and Prepare, maintain document as per legal and organization's requirement.
∎ Coordinate visit/ inspection from fire service and civil defense and any other legal bodies. Take initiatives as per requirement or observations of legal bodies.
∎ Ensure all firemen are working proactively so that no fire/other incidents happen at the premises
∎ Act as a Site Incident Controller (SIC) during any form of emergency situation and report to HOD
∎ Keep updating legal licenses, permits, NOC, approval related to fire from concern authority like FSCD, Dept of Explosives, DIFE etc.
∎ Sourcing quality fire equipment appropriate for the facility.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by superior and top management time to time.

∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in chemical or pharmaceutical or related industries.
∎ Personality: Sharp & Elegant
