Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless service.
Manage staff schedules, training, and performance.
Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Handle inventory and supplier coordination.
Develop marketing strategies to attract more clients.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
Address customer concerns and resolve complaints.
Monitor financial performance and control costs.
