Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in EEE is first choice.
∎ But having experience in relevant sector is our main priority.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Installation/ Erection, Operation & Maintenance, Project Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have experience in any renowned residential project as Project Head (Utility).
∎ Plan, organize, coordinate and execute all electrical maintenance activities.
∎ Responsible for installation, repair and maintenance of Lift, Generator, CC camera , AC etc.
∎ Should have knowledge on gas connections, water lines, plumbering activities.
∎ Should be able to communicate with RAJUK, TITAS, WASA and others Govt. offices regarding utilities and maintenance.
∎ Ensuring safety of full residence in terms of electrical and mechanical safety.
∎ Should have knowledge on civil works of residential projects.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be fluent in English.
∎ Able to communicate with foreigners.
∎ Need to be smart , faster ,energetic and enthusiastic.

Salary: Negotiable
