ACI Agrolink Limited is initiating Shrimp processing business by establishing an independent SBU in addition to its existing businesses. The business requires an experienced candidate who will plan and coordinate the international shipment of shrimp products. We are looking for committed and performance driven candidate who will work as Manager, Export for ACI Agrolink Limited.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Issue pro forma invoice as per negotiation with buyers.
∎ Inform Manager, Factory Operations about necessary requirements and compliances as per buyer needs.
∎ Coordinate with CNF agent for export formalities.
∎ Coordinate with FIQC, Chamber of Commerce, EPB, BFFEA and other offices for relevant documentation.
∎ Ensure on time shipment as per LC documentation.
∎ Fulfill all documentation as per LC after shipment.
∎ Business Development in the foreign markets through research from various sources and in the process developing & exploring new markets for company's products.
∎ Negotiate with a variety of people, such as shippers, agents and vendors, and are expected to have excellent customer service skills in dealing with customers.
∎ Ensure that shipments comply with the laws and regulations governing the export industry.
∎ Negotiate with banks as per Finance guideline regarding repatriation and credit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-7 years relevant experiences in relevant position
∎ Well-developed communicational skills and a customer orientation.
∎ Knowledge about budget management, international trade and taxations.
∎ Ability to easily comprehend and organize shipment processes.
