∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as a Head of Engineering Service Department (Engineering, Utility and Maintenance) related routine works of a spinning mill.
∎ Verify Utility Bill & continuously look for ways to keep it at the minimum.
∎ Prepare budget for payment of utility dues, obtain approval and ensure payment in time.
∎ Resolve pending utilities and tax issues with PDB/ Wasa/ Private Provider
∎ Supervising maintenance related work issues.
∎ Keep records of all maintenance related issues and able to carry out analysis of each items of the faults.
∎ Find out & collect materials from market if necessary.
∎ Responsible for obtaining certificate, license, renewal for any component
∎ Keeping liaison with Environmental Department, Energy Regulatory Board, PDB, WASA, and similar bodies.
∎ He should know the operations/maintenance of all Utility equipment including HVAC systems (cooling towers, chillers, dehumidifiers, pumps, compressors, etc), air compressors, (We don't had the AHU unit in our plant AHU's, So omitted out) Gas Generator, DM plant, Boilers, AVR, Transformers, ETP, Fire hydrant, Fire Safety system, etc.
∎ Carrying out of Predictive, Preventive maintenance & Breakdown maintenance, planning & execution.
∎ Work as team member of the shift maintenance group & involve in the problem solving activities in plant
∎ Fault diagnosis & rectification, technical skills for sound, cost effective & quality repairs/ overhauling with precision, Problem solving and troubleshooting of plant equipment, monitoring / Optimization operation able to enhance best performance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong interpersonal, communication skill and leadership qualities.
∎ Personal attributes should include qualities such as consistency, willingness to learn and flexibility, capacity to manage confidential information, cultural sensitivity, able to follow through with difficult issues in an open and professional manner;
∎ Strong analytical skills and Ability to work under pressure
∎ Knowledge of Auto CAD
∎ MS Office application, specially Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.
