Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage the departmental activity of the engineering department.
∎ Operation & Maintenance of Purified Water Treatment Plant & Pure Steam Generator & WFI Plant & Distribution System.
∎ Operation & Maintenance of Chiller, AHU, DH, FCU, BMS, Dust Collector of HVAC System.
∎ Operation & Maintenance of Sub-Station, Boiler & ETP.
∎ Operation & Maintenance of Autoclave, Vial/Ampoule Washing, Depyrogenation, Filling & Sealing, Auto checking and Blistering Machines at sterile Department.
∎ Prepare BOQ, BOM, URS and Comparative Statement (CS) for new machinery.
∎ Calibration & Validation of pharmaceutical machinery.
∎ Trouble shooting on all of pharmaceutical machinery.
∎ Calibration & validation work supervise with 3rd party.
∎ To ensure documentation of all activities under the engineering department.
∎ To ensure smooth operation of all machines & equipment in the sterile & general facilities.
∎ To make plans for new facilities if required.
∎ To execute the approved plan when required.
∎ To monitor & execute under the implementation plan as per the approved layout & plan.
∎ To perform any other’s duty as per instructions of the Chief Technical Officer or Higher authority.
