∎ B.Sc in Mechanical from BUET/CUET/KUET/RUET with good academic record.

Job Context:
∎ A well-reputed top-ranking pharmaceutical company is looking for an Experienced, self-motivated, pro-active and result-oriented Engineer at their Principal Office for the following position.
∎ Interested & qualified individuals are highly encouraged to avail this opportunity.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have good knowledge of Electro Mechanical System (HVAC, Substation, Power Distribution, Water Treatment, Fire Protection and Detection) of a commercial multistoried building.
∎ Proper idea of HVAC design and BOQ.
∎ To plan and control project management of HVAC and BMS system.
∎ To ensure the well maintenance of all the utilities like generator, chiller, pump, LT, HT and cooling tower and other equipment for proper functioning.
∎ Plan and schedule for monthly maintenance.
∎ To prepare gantt chart for project implementation and execution.
∎ Follow up and execute scheduled maintenance and ensure work completion as planned.
∎ Prepare/verify inventory of all equipment, attachment, folders, spares parts etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 10 to 15 years of experience in the relevant field (Pharmaceutical Industry/Commercial Building)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area:
∎ HVAC
∎ Substation
∎ Power generation
∎ Power distribution
∎ Water treatment
∎ BMS system
∎ Fire detection
∎ Fire protection
∎ Acord alliance /green concept
∎ Health & Safety
∎ Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skill both in English & Bangla.
