Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring, controlling and utilizing men, machine, and material for optimum productivity.
∎ Production planning and reporting on productivity, materials, inventory and reconciliation of individual style.
∎ Direct and control all production staff to ensure that they are properly motivated.
∎ Control project from start to finish to ensure efficient structural design on budget.
∎ To trace cost-estimation of a whole project (BOQ).
∎ Meeting with clients and other staff for smooth construction.
∎ Project planning, scheduling, resourcing & allocating materials for construction projects.
∎ Supervising and motivating a team of workers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ 2 Years in any steel Structure Company.
∎ AutoCAD design and drawing.
∎ Should have the ability and affordability to work at factory level.
∎ Should have good mentality, responsible, good managerial capability and positive attitude in all respect.
∎ Should have vast knowledge about production of steel buildings
Salary: Negotiable
