∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 100 MW Solar Power Plant Installations, Commissioning, Implementation, Erection, Supervision, Operation, Maintenance, Controlling, and Troubleshooting.
∎ To oversee all aspects of the Solar division, including design, planning, solution implementation, and operations.
∎ Sound knowledge of Solar systems, PV panels, Inverter system, Solar charge controller, grid tied, grid interactive, power conversion, DC cabling, SCADA systems, RTU, PPC etc.
∎ To making/preparation of technical specifications and tender documents (including terms and conditions), in line with project requirements.
∎ Maintain liaison and able to develop relationship with government officials of relevant government like MOP EMR/ BPDB/ PGCB/ REB etc.
∎ Maintain documentations related task to all ongoing project and previous project documents.
∎ To preparation project Feasibility Report/ Detailed Project Report, Technical Specification, Bid evaluation.
∎ To developing detailed drawings of system components for construction and installation complete electrical and structural designs for Solar/photovoltaic projects.
∎ Good understand solar resource data and use it to conduct feasibility study technology evaluation.
∎ Prepare basic engineering details and data sheet based for order received as per proposal commitments and specification.
∎ Prepare technical documentation for detailed project report and support peer review before submission.
∎ Practical experience in Preparation of presentation for the technical meeting. If essential to create and distribute RFPs to potential EPC Contractors.
∎ To Manage contract negotiations, change orders, and other agreements with EPC subcontractors and vendors, and oversee all subcontractors, work in all phases.
∎ Communicate with utilities and authority having jurisdictions regarding interconnection, permitting, and other regulatory compliance issues.
∎ Identify the sources of likely problems and proactively take preventive measures to avoid any potential project risks and determine response actions to mitigate any negative impact.
∎ Responsible to monitor & follow-up the project cost and productivity.
∎ To maintain National Electrical Code, solar permitting, and other PV system regulatory codes.
∎ Good knowledge of Solar systems, PV panels, Inverter system, Solar charge controller, grid tied, grid interactive, power conversion, DC cabling, SCADA systems etc.
∎ Good knowledge of solutions, design, planning, implementation, and operations.
∎ Good knowledge computer-aided design (CAD) software to create electrical single-line diagrams, connection diagrams or panel schedules for solar electrical systems.
∎ Making checklists to use when reviewing solar installation projects that have been completed.
∎ Provide technical design or process changes to improve efficiency, quality, or performance.
∎ Making work schedule, thronging the job, maintaining, and monitoring work, controlling engineer, technician, and workers with taking feedback result.
∎ Good Team leading of Department and solar power plant related and others work with manpower controlling.
