Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee day-to-day operations
∎ Design strategy and set goals for growth
∎ Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
∎ Set policies and processes
∎ Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
∎ Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
∎ Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
∎ Direct the employee assessment process
∎ Prepare regular reports for upper management
∎ Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
∎ Contact and provide feedback to clients.
∎ Keep track of all employees and their requirements and report them to higher management.
∎ Try to solve any occurring problem in a timely and efficient manner.
∎ Have focus on the software branding and keep in touch with all stakeholders.
∎ Regularly communicate with the doctors and other content providers.
∎ Provide regular updates to the higher management.
