Education:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from BUET, KUET, CUET, DUET or RUET.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5–7 years of relevant experience.
∎ Familiarity with BNBC, IEE, and NFPA-related codes.
∎ Ability to work under pressure with a self-motivated attitude.
∎ Physical fitness is essential.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement an effective electrical maintenance policy.
∎ Perform daily and preventive electrical maintenance activities.
∎ Lead, supervise, and coordinate the electrical maintenance team.
∎ Manage procurement, requisition, purchase, storage, and documentation efficiently.
∎ Apply electrical load calculation and create single-line diagrams and circuit diagrams using AutoCAD.
∎ Conduct audits, documentation, and follow-ups with customers on electrical updates.
∎ Provide ready alternatives for all electrical issues or emergencies.
∎ Operate and maintain garment machinery, boilers, diesel generators, and total factory electrical systems (AVR, substation, LT switchgear, PFI, compressors, fusing machines, fire control panels, and alarms).
∎ Ensure compliance with RSC, Nirapon and customer audits and follow-ups.
∎ Job Location: Chandra, Kaliakoir, Gazipur.
