Job Responsibilities:
∎ At first aware of all problem about the plant status and monitor to the action status of problems.
∎ Monitor shifting and general shift operational activity.
∎ Checked all electrical log resister.
∎ Take proper Caution for all equipments of the plant.
∎ Any rolling problem of any electrical equipments discuss with Plant head & respective department and find the solution.
∎ Check monthly electricity bill & meter reading and evaluate electricity bill. Also discuss about the electricity costing per bag with Plant head & Production Manager.
∎ Prepare schedule, routine maintenance for inspection of all electrical systems. Develop preventive maintenance programs of all electrical systems. Ensure that system breakdowns, failures and repairs are addressed promptly.
∎ Provide administrative assistance for departmental work.
∎ Work with the engineering team to plan, coordinate and execute electrical projects. Supervise project activities to ensure timely completion.
∎ Discuss with all staff & employee about leave & personal problems.
∎ Training process for a particular project.
∎ Prepare spare requisition for plant electrical support.
∎ Prepare yearly budget for plant electrical up-gradation and maintenance work.
∎ Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with codes and legal regulations.
∎ To attend meetings, seminars, training workshops and other work related issues, as required, which may involve working outside normal hours.
∎ To organize and attend regular meetings with Supervisors and other associated staff for reviewing the operation of the Electrical Maintenance Section.
∎ Perform all recruitment procedure for different positions of Electrical Department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer Literacy must be needed.
