Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Practical experiences on all kinds of electrical machineries/equipment's/works.
∎ Electrical planning and designing of industrial installations & machines etc.
∎ Allocate works on a periodic basis to the team members & ensure availability of resources for each individual to accomplish assigned tasks.
∎ Review and monitor work on a week/ Monthly basis & provide update to the management.
∎ Implementation of policies, procedure across the electrical maintenance team with regards to preventive maintenance system and equipment's.
∎ Conducting regular inspection of all machines, equipment, electrical installations and keeping service records/ logs of all day to day installations/ repairs/ maintenance etc.
∎ Should be able to control train and educate under command electrical maintenance team members.
∎ Follow the maintenance schedule and execute it on regular basis.
∎ Maintain minimum stock level of spare parts consumption.
∎ Perform effective troubleshooting of electrical control & automation system.
∎ Candidate must have good knowledge on PLC, HMI, VFD & servo system programming.
∎ Candidate must have good knowledge about inverter specially SEW and SINAMICS drive.
∎ Candidate must have good knowledge on electrical & electronics control diagram.
∎ Should have experience in installation and commissioning of various new machineries.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong interpersonal, communication skill and leadership qualities.
∎ Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
∎ Must be knowledge on Auto CAD & MS Office.
∎ Strong knowledge on Kaizen, 7's, 5's and QBM.
∎ Large Particle board industries will get preference.
