∎ Preferred Professional Certification: NEBOSH,IOSH
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, EHS, Environmental Science, Health Safety and Enviroment, Interpersonal Communication, Strong communication skills , Taem leading

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): EHS, Health Safety and Environment

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an EHS Professional with 12 years+ experience in EHS field and must have education in MSc in Occupational Health and Safety/ Masters of Environmental Science.
∎ Those who don`t have an MSc in Occupational Health and Safety/ Masters of Environmental Science, need not apply.
∎ To qualify Candidates must have MSc in Occupational Health and Safety/ Masters of Environmental Science and job experience of 12 years+ in the field of EHS (Environment Health and safety)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct proper monthly and weekly HES/EHS meetings and contribute to HSE discussions at progress meetings as required with clients.
∎ HSSE policy, manual, and procedures update as per standard and legislation.
∎ To establish EMS plan and rescue and securtires functions.
∎ To ensure HSE training for all employees as per project requirements.
∎ Evaluation of the performance of colleagues as per KIPs.
∎ Monitor environmental issues and find out aspects and impact of ENV Procedure and management plan.
∎ Prepare RA/JSA for all activities.
∎ Leading rescue and advising the emergency cases.
∎ Developing and executing health and safety plans at the workplace according to HSE standards.
∎ Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters.
∎ Monitor HSE compliance at the workplace and comply as per required.
∎ Investigate accidents or incidents to determine causes and handle workers' compensation claims.
∎ Provide HSE guidance and leadership to the management team.
